Shipping policy

All orders ship free with tracking. We process orders within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days, depending on your country and local customs. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Your order may arrive in more than one parcel if you buy several items.

Import duties and taxes, if your country charges them, are paid by the customer on delivery. We cannot control or predict these charges.

If your tracking has not updated for 15 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 business days, email admin@deyanewleaf.com and we will resend it or refund you in full.
