Refund policy

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email a photo to admin@deyanewleaf.com within 7 days of delivery. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

For change-of-mind returns, email us first and we will give you the return address. The customer pays return postage. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval.

For hygiene reasons, makeup tools and socks cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty.
