When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a tracking link. Open that email and click the link to see where your parcel is.
You can also paste your tracking number into 17track.net, which follows parcels across carriers and countries.
Tracking can take 3 to 5 days to show the first update after your order ships.
If your tracking has not updated for 15 days, email admin@deyanewleaf.com with your order number and we will look into it.
